We print your 3D design

The price is for reservation only.

If you have created a 3D design and you need to bring it to life, but you don't have the means to do it, you are in the right section. We print, clean and paint it for the customer, unless you prefer to paint it yourself.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If this is the desired model, you have chosen the material with which it will be printed and the purchase has been made (the cost of this product is initially a reservation), please send an e-mail with the following information to "pedidos@lamanodegorgo.com":

1. It will be necessary to receive the 3D design in "STL" or "OBJ" format.
2. It will be necessary to indicate the size in which you wish to obtain the printed figure (height in cm).
3. The total cost of the figure will vary depending on the size, material used, whether or not painting is desired and the complexity of the figure.
4. Once printed, in case you want to paint it, choose whether you prefer the figure with a coat of varnish or not. There are three types of varnish: matte varnish (leaves a slightly shiny finish on the figure), semi-matte varnish (a little shinier than matte) and glossy (with a very shiny finish, as if it were glass). Otherwise, if no varnish is preferred, the figure will be left with the finish of the paint itself, that is, total matte and without gloss (in this case only gloss will be applied in areas that would normally have gloss, such as the eyes, teeth, jewelry...). An important difference between applying the varnish or not is that, without the varnish, the figure is more exposed to damage by rubbing or accidental falls, which will very possibly damage the paint in the affected area.

From the moment the e-mail is sent, you will receive personalized attention through this same channel, offering feedback on the product process and asking any questions to improve the work as much as possible.

The delivery time may vary depending on the waiting list. If the waiting list is minimal, the delivery time will be reduced.

In this product the price is only for reservation.

Once the idea has been received and the development of the same has been agreed with the client, it will be necessary to evaluate the cost of the final result, which will depend on the size, material used and complexity of the same. Once the final cost is calculated, it will be agreed and approved by the client, then we will proceed to the total payment of the same and the work will begin. In case of not reaching an agreement with the client, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. Once the work has started, no refunds are allowed. In case of cancellation, the final cost will be refunded deducting the amount corresponding to the reservation. (Check the return policy).
